I learned Html and some little bit of CSS, and now what I have to doo, learn Java Script or learn perfectly CSS?

Depends, are you into web design? Go for CSS. Don't like design? Go for JS.

I had the same problem a few months ago and I learned JavaScript firsthand the perfected CSS and that worked for me
