Too much confused in choosing default OS
What is the best OS for programming and web-coding? Is there any special OS made till today that is just made for coders? Currently I am using kali Linux.Debian9. It is the best OS I had ever seen for my easy coding. I get all essential coding+programming+hacking tools pre-installed and latest. (apache2(srvr),java,c,c++,mysql,vim(editor),python,curl,perl,..........) Furthermore, its faster and free and open source. Any else OS exists better then debian9.kali?

Just get straight debian if you like using it, you will be supplied with updates more regularly.
Kali is not really meant to be an everyday working environment, it's more like a toolbox you can put on an USB drive. Everything runs as root too which is really insecure for day to day work.
Kali themselves advise against using it as your main OS.
I personally am on Windows.

@Schindlabua
Why isn't it recommended to be used as default OS?

@Schindlabua
So then, what should be my next OS, after uninstalling Kali OS from my PC

I am using Ubuntu 18.04. Installing software on Ubuntu is an interesting thing. Actually linux based systems are highly recommended for developers. For me Ubuntu is the best.

Because of the "single, root user" thing, for one. You also can't just install any package unless it's from their list of trusted sources and if you want to install anything else (as you usually want to on your personal computer) then it's a real hassle.
They have a page about it here: https://docs.kali.org/introduction/should-i-use-kali-linux
Really if you like the tools kali gives you then get debian and install the tools yourself :P
I've used Kubuntu on some laptops before which is my go-to linux.

If you want something easy go for Ubuntu/Kubuntu/Mint/Debian. Then there is Arch Linux that probably takes you weeks to set up but it's a great learning experience.
You can check out distrowatch.org to see what is popular.
I also like Windows because it just works and I have to do nothing. It's also what I am used to.
