Sololearn requires precourse?

The course never mentioned children() method but it wants it as the answer?
So should I learn everything about jquery first then take this sololearn course?

The children() method is explained in Manipulate DOM > Traversing > DOM Traversal. The whole children/parents/ancestors DOM concept is explained in detail in that chapter
