How to get job offered for software dev with no computer science and computer engineering degree?

It is so hard to get a job interview as dev without comsci/com eng degree? Anyone has any suggestions?

Some of the ways would be uploading your codes on GitHub or completing challenge at Codewars or HackerRank. 😉
