How to create expired date? But, expire date cannot input before today

I am really confusing about this issue. User want to input expired date but cannot input before today. Please answer me, everyone.

That's right, but user cannot input before today, like disabled. Ex. Today is 18, before 18 like 17 or less than that cannot click..
