I am an Ethical hacker & Penetration Tester
So If you want to be hacker then first left using Windows OS
Start Learning Linux OS(Kali-Linux , Black-Arch-Linux , Parrot Os)
After completing your basics on how to use this OS .... Start Learning Ethical Hacking by EC-Council courses but they are Paid

So there are many platforms available which will teach you free like PDFs books , Udemy Courses & etc

As far as I know , you have to learn linux....and then some other programming languages like python , java , etc.....
