What GUI for windows?

What GUI framework do you use?

I'm looking for a great GUI for windows app? I would prefer a GUI with a decent builder/designer to make the setup of gui easy.

Looked into KIVY but the designer tool didn't seem to work correctly.

pyqt requires you to have open source, else you need to buy the license...

both. and you can compile your code into exe with pyinstaller
