i am new to computer devolopment and i really need assistance in building my first computer. What should i do?

Get a hammer and then whack a piece of wood. Next melt plastic on it and chuck a bar of steel on top. You are done. Turn it on. Now you are ready to go online.

Learn to use Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Before that learn C.

And yeah, just take a battery, take the display from your tv. Then take a hammer, use it on your phone => get the CPU. After everything is ready, connect them with wires. Your computer is ready 😂🤣😆
