how to choose the right web programming language to use???

We can't choose one particular web technology as such... it's like a mobile market one which is leading today may be overtook by some other mobile tomorrow...But like os in mobile( ex android) there are some basic web technologies like HTML, css, JavaScript ( front-end+ back-end) which at any point of time are useful, bcoz upcoming technologies/frameworks r built on top of them....so based on the requirements one should go with the right one at that particular time...😉

the web programming or web Dev is not really hard and there is many ways to be expert at web development !! HTML and CSS ,JavaScript and python you can use them for web development

It depends on the type of website you are planning to develop.
Either static or dynamic.
Try HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP and PHP it will fulfil all your requirements.
Later get advanced with JavaScript and PHP.
