Problems with cin and cout

Question

Whenever I use cin to input a value and use cout to output the value, it always outputs the same values (like 0, 8, or 6) regardless of what I input. Why does this happen?

I tryed the same code again and it worked, so I think it was probably a internet connection problem or something because it’s happened like this before and works again when i get back on wifi.
