Maybe you are trying to learn too fast. I would start over at the beginning of the lessons and work your way through them slowly. Take your time. Practice writing your own codes for every new concept. If anything doesn't make sense, see if you can find help in the lesson comments. Use Google a lot. It helps to see each new concept from several different viewpoints, so I suggest looking them up in a few tutorials, for example, for Python,
https://www.programiz.com/python-programming
https://www.learnpython.org
https://www.tutorialspoint.com/python/
https://docs.python.org/3.7/tutorial/
It's a slower process but it's worth it because the knowledge you get will stick.
If you're still stuck, ask for help. The folks here love to help 😊
Good luck!

ChillPill This is a good story.
Chucks Winner You go to Code playground or your pc write codes every day, like the turtle run the race to the end non-stoping.
This is the sure way to remember and understand the codes.

Unless you use a language often it won't stick in your memory long after doing a tutorial.

First, choose a focus. Are you a web developer, app developer, game developer? It can take hundreds of hours before you become competent with your first programing language.
Once you have your focus, learn in that area. Do not try to learn more languages at once starting out. It will only make things harder. Take your time in lessons. Practice the new things you learn. You should be able to make something out of what you learned with little to no need to reference the material at the fundamental level. (The big projects will require a reference for sure.) Once you can do that, then you are ready to move on to the next step. When you are stuck and not quite understanding something, look on the web for better examples, video examples help. When you start to feel tired or bored, take a break. Give your brain a chance to store the information. After you have rested continue where you left off. Continue to practice by making little things as you go. Look back over what you made and try to remember how it works. Repetition is key to remembering the fundamentals.

You arent a robot to understand everything.Try keeping calm and dont overstress yourself by learning everything at once .Its a gradual process
