I don't know what the best is, but there are still some you can try:
PHP, NodeJS, Python, but you can also use other languages like Java, C++, C#, .Net.
The best way will be if you'll use NodeJS or Python. But that is my opinion. Try it on your own.

If you are doing simple stuff, PHP seems to be the easiest.
