firstly, you must begin to coding as a beginner (Learn html5 basics). Then use mathematical functions in your web site with javascript. Then designing with CSS.
I learnt html in 1 month. Then I start to learn PHP & MySQL.
In the "... for Dummies" book series (about HTML, JS, CSS, PHP and MySQL) have a description every codeline. Use books. I learnt WebDevelopment from this books.
