How can I find out what technology or software used for build a specific android app?

I really need to know is there any ways to analyze a specific android app to know what framework or software used for developing it?

For example: to know, is it used Android studio or xamarin or flutter and etc.

Well if its not open source and the developer doesn't say. Then your most reliable way would be to look at it using a hex viewer, or passing through a dissembler; then looking for runtimes, function calls, etc that would specific to 1 tool chain.
Note: This could be seen as reverse engineering and be prohibited.

If you're familiar with them, you may have a good idea already.
I haven't worked with xamarin so don't want to comment on it.
For the other 3 common ones:
If you made the same app using all three, then the flutter one would much bigger in size then the other two. The react native one would often be noticeably slower (wouldn't be noticeable for a very small simple app) than the one built with the SDK.
