Can I use this to teach me everything I need to know about C++ for game development?

This is kinda crazy, but I got this app(which is pretty good) and im on the first part if the lessons. But I want to get into game development. I'm just not sure if I can go with this, because I want to use the unreal engine 4 to create games. Can I rely on this app to teach me everything I need to know about C++ so I can get ready for UE4?
