Shadow : its the static way. I also know how to simply print this. I want it in dynamic using some loops . For eg if we enter 1 then 1 block printed if 2 then 2 block printed horizontally..and so on

Well, how were we supposed to know, Fatema kapasi? Your question contains no description whatsoever of the problem.
Some sample input + output would be great to have as well, to see it visually.
Moreover, it seems you didn't even try to solve it on your own, based on the lack of an own attempt of yours, which is always a bad start for a "do this/do that for me" kind of question.
