Sonic You can actually, in fact it's more like C++ than C. You can create something like struct or class, even inheritance. I don't know any details though, since I only use it only once for a small project which doesn't need any of those

Some C like codes of its own.. I've worked with ARDUINO-UNO, combined it with a LM-35 sensor to provide room temperature as O/P.. Bt when it comes to IOT & cloud-based technologies, Python is preferable!
