Should JavaScript, HTML or CSS be learned first?

Which of those should be learned first if you want to learn to use them for webdevelopement? What is the logic order to learn them?

1 - html -structure
2 - CSS - design
3 - JavaScript - behavior
And leater of dominate this 3 languages learn PHP for the backend
