How to make style text in HTML without using CSS ?

Question

I remember there is a way you can style your text without HTML, I also try it before, but I forgot it. I just know <p class=" "></p> and use CSS to style text. But it waste a lot of time :-)
Can you leave me a way to style text in a faster way thanks

No Time To Rest It's advisable all styling are done in css.

Can you please explain your question a bit better... yes you can use CSS stylesheets ie links and yes you can use CSS3 internal and yes you can do inline and yes you can use CSS3 styling via JavaScript...
