What is the best way to learn programming? & What is the best language to start with?

I am a new member here and I feel so confues about how I should start learning programming. I am so interested in programming and I do love it so much, but I need that well organized plan that can improve my learning progress and make me grow in this field step by step. Hello and welcome to SoloLearn! 👋 What you learn is completely up to you. If you are interested in web development learn HTML then CSS then JavaScript, maybe Bootstrap. If you are interested in software, learn any of the programming languages and just keep learning the one you like the most. Buuuut. This question has been asked.
