Sublime Text 3, how run codes in HTML

Hi. This question might seem too obvious for many of you, but I am just starting writing codes so if someone knows the answer, please respond. I have troubles to run an HTML code in Sublime Text 3. Every time I do changes in the code, I can not see the file with new content. I try to reload the HTML page but nothing happens. Probably I need to "Run" the code in Sublime first, but I do not see any buttons for that. Every time I want make changes I just have to save a new file and then I see the changes, otherwise does not work. So someone please explain the process of running code to me please without creating new files all the times. Thanks.
