Is it compulsory method name start with small letter & class name capital letter?

Not really but it makes sense to do it this way because that's how the professionals did it when they wrote the classes, plus when a word begins with a capital you know your referring to a class, and when a word is lower case your referring to either a primitive type,method, variable or keywords
