Two dimensional array

Question

I’m trying to input characters vertically in a two dimensional array from the bottom right corner to going up. So let’s say I have a 3x3 array your have to start from in [2][2] where It puts In one character but then when the loops runs ago I have to be at [2][1] inputting a character there and then input another character at [1][2] so it inputs the character vertically
