How do i know if i have learned all the basic there is of a particular language(eg-HTML.)??

So i am a learning html.but i am a bit confused about how do i know if i have completely managed to learn all the fundamental things.

I don't think there is a clear definition of what are the basics but if you're aware of everything in the SL html tutorial, then I think that you have learned the basics of html.

I guess its hard to say whats basic or fundamental and whats advanced. If you can create a page with a titel, header, paragraph, you know the very basics I would say.
