Ok Google is not giving me what i want. So who knows how music websites are updated like when new songs are released each day?

Schindlabua that makes sense. If I understood you correctly, you're saying this sites don't auto update rather, someone does it right?

A friend of mine who makes music sends their finished tracks to a service that he pays for, which will then send it to all the streaming services like spotify/prime/etc. Though usually musicians are affiliated with record labels who do that for you. The label takes care of distributing your music (streaming, but also CDs, vinyl, etc). How do labels and these paid services get access to upload music to spotify? I don't know but I guess they just call them and set up a contract.

In the sense that you (the musician) have to send your music to them (spotify) if you want it to be listed, yes. (After all, you made the music; spotify can't just take it, for legal reasons) But of course, my producer friend hits the upload button and the rest happens automatically. A couple of days later it's available everywhere.
