What can you do with an bachelor's in science IT Degree with an emphasis in Cybersecurity?

Hello I have a couple of questions? I'm learning C#, C++, HTML, CSS, and Java. And I'm super excited to learn coding and create programs with it! Mainly I want to be an app, video game or web developer but I wanted to know if it is possible to be able to have one of those areas as a career while having a Information Technology degree? Do the certificates I get from SoloLearn help with being employed on my LinkedIn? And do I really need IT Certificates for any IT Jobs at all or no?
