Start actual Web Development

Question

I finished all courses in Web Development. I have built one or two basic webpages in a SoloLearn environment. Now I am wondering, were would I try creating a functional website? Because SoloLearn codes can’t really get or send data from “outside”, for example GET and POST methods with servers, APIs and the values of PHP and SQL are also not fully usable in Code Playground. Were would I tackle working with such, preferably for free?

you can create a free account on the hosting, there to download the website and train on it. with proper skill, you can create a web server on your computer. but if you need to access it from the outside, you should have a white static external IP address on your computer
