How to load url in custom listview and fetch into webview.

Hello programmers,
I have been working on an application but I am facing a problem in it.
Please help me out of this.

Problem :-
I have created a custom listview in my application and i would like to add some links to this listview which shouldn't shown to the UI and when I click on the item of listview the link will appear on the next activity in webview.

Hope you understand my problem and help me out of this ASAP.
