I am interested in making and landing some great-designed sites. What programs i have to use? also where can I learn more about that sphere?

If you're interested in creating websites from scratch, I recommend learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript first (frontend), then you can choose between Python and PHP (backend).

You can also use website builders first like Wordpress just to get the hang of designing and interacting with websites. It's relatively easier and there are already a lot of themes to choose from.
