Hi, which program is best to create a HTML5 website.

Hi i want to know which program is best to create website. for now i using notepad. (i am beginner at this so i want program that will be easy to use) Thanks!

set up your offline personal server,
xampp, lamp, node.js....
code in your favourite editor. Save the files in theserver's root directory.
open yoir browser and go to localhost.

Or use the cose playground to move your first steps.
