Are you a paranoid programmer?
I'm one and I love it lol. Being a paranoid programmer isn't a bad thing, as some may assume. I've been programing with PHP for years, and my intuition will not allow me to deem a project finished because I completed a task. I will then start over thinking - which is annoying at times, and tedious - about securing my program even more. I then gather more intelligence to make my developments better; it works. What are your thoughts, and are you a paranoid programmer?

Not exactly lol. Even when I'm working with Python, or JS. It doesn't matter in general what language it is, and what I'm stating is that there is no harm in being paranoid when programing. Remember, or if you have a site online that public files are public, meaning anyone can access them. Even if the file is in a secure area, there still can be mishaps.

I was thought that if the moon is falling down we are all dead...
100% security is impossible and I would risk my paranoia to drive me crazy.
Simple solution find the right compromise between sec'ty measures available and info sensitivity, keep the sec'ty standard update together with frequent backups.
If the moon then falls down...
we are all dead but at least we have backups!

PHP? that's where the paranoia is coming from!
