Can’t log in

Question

I downloaded SoloLearn. And made an Outlook account and logged in perfectly. I know front end development coding but I want to also execute and learn c, C++, and python. Basically I downloaded your apps across the board thinking the would be excellent apps. However when i try to log into any other of your apps it tells me to verify my email. I tried on all apps and all same thing however when I check my email nothing is there nor is it in junk folder. It seems your app is not executing email confirmation functions properly. I want to think highly of this development company but it in a becoming a waste of time. Please someone help me if you have had similar problems.

I think jesse you need to clear data to app or reinstall the app

I have not figured out why none of my emails would work to get a verification. I tried my tablet and my iphone as well as deleting reinstalling and wven used tqo alternate emails all with different domains under the different email verify option. nothing worked. I ended up having to make a new email which is unfortunate because now I cant keep all my things in the same spot. If this happens to anyone else create a new account with a new email. thats all I can help.

I find it atrange becase the first sololearn app I used worked fine but would not let me log in any others without a verification. this account is actually on the accoubt I cant seem to verify and will most likely abandon it now. thanks wveryone for taking the time to help.

Hi Jesse,
Not sure what you mean by "try to log into any other of your apps". Are you using the single course version of the app? what any other of the app were you referring to?

Also when you said (in recent reply) "the first SoloLearn app I used worked fine but would not let me log in in any others without a verification".

Are you using the app with multiple courses, or the single course per app version?
