Write your HTML code in notepad. Save it with.html extension and then open the .html file into your web browser.

press Ctrl + O to open a file in a browser, then selecet the file saved as a HTML document for it to run, or you could download a free IDE to run your projects

You save the file as filename.html and then you open it in chrome.
