Hi Keyla!

if you don't know how to code a webpage, you should try an IDE (integrated development environment), which is just a program/software that makes your life easier. You don't need to know how to code, just drag and drop and it's tone. There are lots of software on the net, both freeand paid ones.

On the other hand, if you know how to code, even if it's just a tiny bit, you only need a text editor, like the notepad on windows. That's all you need!
