Why database will come in picture while using javascript?

First try by yourself then ask here with your code.

I can give you hint. Just create two text box in a table with button add, update, delete.

Add one button above the table which will call Add New Row.

When you will click on this button then new row will be add in table with two textboxes and that button add, update, delete.

and so on..
