Do courses get updated ?
Python 3.8 has just been released two days ago, does SoloLearn update the course or not ? And if it does, will I be able to see the added things or are they marked as completed ? This question about updating courses has been asked before, but there was no answer.

Aymane Boukrouh hello
Hard to say.
I believe you would need to contact info@sololearn.com to ask.

Have we seen *any* improvement of content over the last half year or so?

They don't do that here.

HonFu , the icons are not the only thing that got updated. SL no longer blames your internet connection for connectivity issues. Have you noticed?

HonFu I haven't really noticed because I only joined back two months ago, and only started lessons last week, so I don't know. If that's the case, then I think a courses update would be much better and useful than the last UI update which was unecessary and haven't really added anything useful.

I don't think so unless there is a strong request from the community for that.

cant we just use the lesson/quiz factory for suggesting new stuff?

Aymane Boukrouh luckily I don't experience those problems that you last mentioned. BTW I quite like the latest UI. Sorry for taking the thread off topic. That's it from me here, hopefully.

Gordon I sadly have to agree with HonFu, I downloaded this app as a learning app, not as a messaging app. I think SoloLearn should add/hire more members to monitor the courses here, and not just the features of the app like UI and other. It woule be nicer if SoloLearn started adding some new languages and new syntax of already present languages in this app, as an OFFICIAL course. It would be even better if they gave access to special people here to manage courses and decide what should be added.
Lately, this app has been focusing about popularity and money, more than focusing on what already existing users need.

Sonic, it's not just the internet, the app itself crashes A LOT, at least for me. Another thing is that whenever I leave the app, even for 1 single second, I come back and it's the welcome page, any code I have been writing, answer, or some question I was reading, all lost as soon as I misclick a button, and it's frustrating, plus the fact that it's super slow loading, even for things you literally were just reading. Anyway, we're getting a bit off-topic of my question ^^"

Sonic, is that true?
They got rid of YourInternetException?!!
I just can't believe it.
I will have to look under every stone if they have missed one. 😂
That would be a historic moment.

No idea , I think YES

HonFu exactly! It happens a lot in here, I've seen many copy paste my answers and other people's answer.

Hi. Maybe, but not soon. Because developers must fix challenge section first and return challenge questions addition in other programming languages. Now only C and Swift are available 😔

Yes
