Image position & block level

Question

Hi guys, I create a page, I have make header on an image, And i want to make second header, How to put the 2nd header under image? How to put the image in the block level different other block levels element? Or how the best solution?

If you want to make the background of the header use the background-image property but the height of the header will be according to the header. Or create a block, give the block the background-image property, specify the width, height and write the text. You can create many such blocks.
