By looking at your profile, I see you're trying to learn multiple courses at once which can get confusing to some people and it might make you not understand. rather focus on mastering one course and then move on to the next.

If your focus is to learn how to program then start with a programming language and then complete it. I would recommend you start with Web based courses though. Learning Html, Css, Javascript, Jqeury, php, sql first and in that order. You'll be more ready for programming after that.
