First you need Practice, Practice and Practice.
Because Practice make Perfect.
Write first little projects for your self.
For example a shopping list or a calorie chart.
Or a simple game like hangman or tic tac toe.

Ali HoseinBaglou fist of all bootstrap is not a language, it is a library for HTML,CSS and JavaScript
So now I think solution is clear that you should learn javascript 🙃🙂
