Code::Blocks isn't working

Question

I tried to make a simple c++ file on code::blocks but when i press 'Build and Run' it says i dont have GNU GCC compiler downloaded. Where can i get it?

What i mean is i cant find the download and i was wondering if anyone knew where to get it
