How to make exe of any code to use on other windows ?

It's extension generated is cpp ... so I have to install a compiler too on other windows...
Is there any software to generate exe of any programme ?

Most of the IDEs automatically create a .exe file when you try to run your program and the thing which runs is nothing but that .exe file

It's generated automatically... U need to search it in release or bin folder.. U can directly run it from there
