Just a bitter observation...

I have found some time to take a couple of "Challenges". The results are, for the most part, "not good". I didn't know what to expect, and have been disappointed. I play on "a device" - handheld Android. This slows me up a little. I also have a hard time reading the challenge questions, which allows me a little. And, the (Python) code questions are not displayed in a monospace font, correctly formatted, which... Slows me up a little. I think you see where I'm heading with this. The challenge questions/response cycle is timed. Often, the question times out before I've even read the whole question through. Other times, I've read the question, scanned the code, gone back to re-read the question, and then have to rush an answer, because: Timer! These challenges are not good for me. They are not a good gauge of my python knowledge, my problem solving capabilities, my creative problem skills, etc. And, most important, they don't TEACH anything. They just annoy and chafe. BZZZZT! :-(

JoeSponge I saw that you have only played 8 challenges till now and you seem not so motivated to continue playing. But listen, everyone has been through that stage. Even I had a very tough time when I started playing those challenges. Never ever think about if others would judge you on the basis of your challenges won because it doesn't matter. I would recommend you to keep playing just to experience the variety of questions it has to offer. But believe me once you start practicing this again and again then may be after few months you will love playing those challenges. Anyways buckle up, it's just the beginning, and you know what you are capable of.

Avinesh pointed out, in one of his responses to someone else's comment on the Challenges, that the user can get more information on the Challenge, including scoring, AND the correct answers, by clicking on the Challenge result: "After playing a challenge when it shows you lost or won, there scroll down and you can see "VIEW CORRECT ANSWER" option." After reviewing my last challenge, I can see that I would have gotten two more right, had I not rushed. That makes me happy, even with the existing results. Now.. For a future update, maybe allow a line of two for comments as to WHY. :-)
