Is it possible to get screen resolution in python from SL Code Playground?

You can get screen resolution in Python by simply running some Linux command through python using its os module. For ex: os.system('xdpyinfo | grep "dimensions" ')

But unfortunately no, You can't get screen resolution here in SL!
