what does is mean that python does not need to COMPILE your program before EXECUTING?

it means when you create a Python script say hello_world.py you run it without the need for creating another file. in other programming languages like C/C++.
you would write your code in a file like hello_world.c and then compile it to produce another file hello_world which is the one you run.
that's why Python is called a scripting language like many others php, perl, JavaScript, bash ...
