How to find relationship between table's

Hi Everyone, I'm using Microsoft SQL server 2012 &2016 i have around 40 to 50 tables ,how can i find the relationship between them i mean parent child relationship between all of them.any graphical view to see relations primary and foreign keys.kindly help me on this , thanks in advance
