Haw can i make a website using python html and sql (if necessary) For hospital management?

I have bee asked to make project on hospital management and i am quite confused how to make it.

If you insist on using Python, I recommend to look up the Django framework. And you will almost certainly need to use a database.
Before you actually start writing any code at all, I suggest to start by sizing up your project and collecting the requirements. What will be the functionality it has to provide? Is there any emphasis on graphic design? How many types of users you expect to have and what sort of authorization will they need to access the pages? How many pages, how complicated, what is the data structure behind them. Are you going to work with an existing database or you have to design that from scratch too?
Hopefully, by the time you are able to answer these questions, you will see your path more clearly.
