Proposition for C# course

I think it will be greate if in C# course will be also introduced information about windows-forms and xamarin.

those are for GUI apps, in SoloLearn only command-line apps are supported in C#.
unless you want them to be added as a reference without any practice in Playground .

Even without Playground it will be nice way to study material here and practice on your own system.
