How to practice coding? Could you all suggest some useful tips so that I can put it in my routine to?

So it's been nearly 2 and a half months since I got into coding yes you've guessed it I am quite new here. My first programming language is C++ and as most of beginners face this problem I face this to how to practice coding as you have so many concepts ( arrays/vectors, strings, loops, pointers etc) so how to actually code efficiently so that we get the maximum results?
