Pycharm configuration help

Hello, I am opening a different tab but it is running other tab, and in the configuration box, It shows the name of the tab it is running.

VS Code runs current tab but pycharm you need to configure file to run.

right click in/on the "tab" you want to run, a "drop-down" list will appear, click "run ????" in that "drop-down" list.
