You can learn yourself with the help of this app, websites(w3schools.com , freecodecamp.org ..) , Youtube, etc. Python is user friendly - easy to learn and awesome things can be done with few lines of code.

C is a low level as well high level programming language. C++ - object oreinted... Learning this helps to understand much better i think. But python can be learnt directly by beginner...
